Mark A. Matteri appeals from a final judgment entered after a plea of no contest to four felony violations of the Penal Code. His court-appointed counsel has filed a brief raising no issues and asking this court to conduct an independent review of the record pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436.

On November 14, 2002, approximately 11 Contra Costa County Deputy Sheriffs executed a search warrant pertaining to a residence on San Pablo Dam Road in the El Sobrante area belonging to Wayne Olson, the only person named in the warrant.
