IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
SECOND APPELLATE DISTRICT
DIVISION SIX
THE PEOPLE, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. ADRIAN SANDOVAL MORALES, Defendant and Appellant. | 2d Crim. Nos. B186199 (Super. Ct. No. 2004009863, 2004043212, 2004044917) (Ventura County)
|
Adrian Sandoval Morales appeals a judgment following his guilty plea to robbery, vehicle burglary, attempted robbery, and possession of cocaine, with an admission that he committed the robbery to benefit a criminal street gang. (Pen. Code, §§ 211, 459, 664/ 211, 186.22, subd. (b)(1); Health & Saf. Code, § 11350, subd. (a).) The trial court sentenced Morales to a prison term of 12 years.
We appointed counsel to represent Morales in this appeal. After counsel's examination of the record, he filed an opening brief raising no issues.
On January 26, 2006, we advised Morales that he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues that he wished to raise on appeal. We have not received a response.
We have reviewed the entire record and are satisfied that Morales's attorney has fully complied with his responsibilities and that no arguable issue exists. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)
The judgment is affirmed.
NOT TO BE PUBLISHED.
