THE COURT*

APPEAL from a judgment of the Superior Court of Madera County. Jennifer R.S. Detjen, Judge.

Appellant Ryan Murry pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine (Health & Saf. Code, § 11377, subd. (a)) and, in 2002, the court placed appellant on five years' probation. In February 2005, appellant admitted allegations that he violated his probation by failing to obey all laws, changing his address without notification to the probation officer and failing to register as a drug offender. In March 2005, the court imposed the 16-month lower term on the instant offense.

Appellant's appointed appellate counsel has filed an opening brief which summarizes the pertinent facts, with citations to the record, raises no issues, and asks that this court independently review the record. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d. 436.) Appellant has not responded to this court's invitation to submit additional briefing.

Following independent review of the record, we have concluded that no reasonably arguable legal or factual issues exist.

The judgment is affirmed.
