SECOND APPELLATE DISTRICT
DIVISION FIVE
THE PEOPLE, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. VICTOR MANUEL NAVARRO, Defendant and Appellant. | B187177 (Los Angeles County Super. Ct. No. KA061051) |
APPEAL from a judgment of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County. George Genesta, Judge. Affirmed.
Allison H. Ting, under appointment by the Court of Appeal, for Defendant and Appellant.
No appearance for Plaintiff and Respondent.
_____________________________________
Defendant and appellant Victor Manuel Navarro appeals from a judgment following a revocation of probation after his guilty plea to assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury (Pen. Code, § 245, subd. (a)(1)). He was sentenced to state prison for three years. We appointed counsel to represent him on appeal.
After examination of the record, counsel filed an opening brief in which no issues were raised. Appellant's counsel advised him he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues which he wished us to consider. On May 25, 2006, we advised appellant he had 30 days within which to file a supplemental brief. No response has been received to date.
We have examined the entire record and are satisfied that appellant's attorney has fully complied with her responsibilities and no arguable issues exist. (Smith v. Robbins (2000) 528 U.S. 259, 278-284; People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)
The judgment is affirmed.
