Connie Dale Nelson appeals from the judgment entered following a jury trial that resulted in his conviction of second degree burglary (Pen. Code, § 459) and his admission of a prior felony conviction within the meaning of the three strikes law (Pen. Code, §§ 1170.12, subds. (a)-(d), 667, subds. (b)-(i)). He was sentenced to 32 months in prison. We appointed counsel to represent him on this appeal.
