Defendant and Appellants petition for rehearing is denied. The opinion filed in this matter on March 16, 2007, is modified as follows:
1. On page 3, the first sentence of the last paragraph should be replaced with the following: Based on statements made by Laura the day before regarding defendant, Joe was concerned for the safety of his children.
2. On page 4, the second sentence in the second full paragraph should read as follows: On June 3, Laura reported to the police that defendant had threatened to harm her husband if she left defendant.
Except for these modifications, the opinion remains unchanged. This modification does not effect a change in the judgment.
