__________________________________

Defendant and appellant Edward T. Park appeals from the judgment following a jury trial resulting in his conviction of first degree residential burglary (Pen. Code, § 459). He was sentenced to state prison for four years. We appointed counsel to represent him on appeal.

After examination of the record, counsel filed an opening brief in which no issues were raised. Appellant's counsel advised him he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues which he wished us to consider. On June 23, 2006, we advised appellant he had 30 days within which to file a supplemental brief. No response has been received to date.

We have examined the entire record and are satisfied that appellant's attorney has fully complied with his responsibilities and no arguable issues exist. (Smith v. Robbins (2000) 528 U.S. 259, 278-284; People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)

The judgment is affirmed.
