In separate appeals, consolidated for review, Lynda Pichel and Reginald DeWayne Perkins appeal judgments entered against them following a jury trial in which they were jointly tried and convicted of first degree murder (Pen. Code, § 187, subd. (a))[1] and kidnapping (§ 207, subd. (a)). The jury found not true the firearms enhancements (§§ 12022, subd. (d) & 12022.53, subd. (d)).
