Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property (Pen. Code, § 496, subd. (a)); in exchange, the remaining allegation was dismissed. Defendant was thereafter placed on formal probation for three years on various terms and conditions, including serving 90 days in county jail and submitting to and cooperating in field interrogations by any peace officer at any time.
