Brandon Rhodes appeals from the judgment entered following a jury trial that resulted in his conviction of first degree robbery, first degree burglary, attempted second degree robbery with use of a knife, and two counts of second degree robbery. (Pen. Code, §§ 211, 459, 664/211, 12022, subd. (b)(1).) He was sentenced to six years 10 months in prison. We appointed counsel to represent him on this appeal.
