Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine base. (Health & Saf. Code, § 11350, subd. (a).) In return, defendant agreed that she would waive Proposition 36 and serve 180 days in local custody. It was also agreed that case No. FSB039104 would be dismissed and that defendant would be placed on probation. Subsequently, the trial court suspended imposition of sentence, dismissed case No. FSB039104, and placed defendant on three years of probation on various terms and conditions, including serving 180 days in county jail and submitting to and cooperating in field interrogations by any peace officer at any time.
