Defendant Jaime Moreno Rocha appeals from imposition of a two-year prison term after he pleaded no contest to possessing methamphetamine for sale and admitted that he possessed more than 28.5 grams of methamphetamine. The admission made him presumptively ineligible for probation. He argues that the trial court abused its discretion in denying him probation because he met the criteria to overcome the presumption. We disagree and therefore shall affirm.
Background
