            Defendant David Rosas appeals from a judgment entered after his July 20, 2004 guilty plea to all pending charges:  a felony count of theft of a vehicle (Veh. Code §  10851, subd. (a)), and misdemeanor counts of fleeing a pursuing officer's vehicle (Veh. Code §  2800.1, subd. (a)), resisting arrest (Pen. Code § 148, subd. (a)), being under the influence of a controlled substance (Health & Saf. Code § 11550, subd. (a)), and driving while unlicensed (Veh. Code § 12500, subd. (a)).  Defendant also admitted a â€
