In case No. 05CM1030 appellant, Abraham Davell Ross, pled guilty to transportation of methamphetamine (Health & Saf. Code, § 11379). Ross also admitted violating his probation in case Nos. 04CM1013A and 04CM3788. On June 20, 2005, the court sentenced Ross to the mitigated term of two years in case No. 05CM1030, a concurrent two-year term in case No. 04CM3788 and to time served in case No. 04CM3788.

Ross's appellate counsel has filed a brief which summarizes the facts, with citations to the record, raises no issues, and asks this court to independently review the record. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436.) Ross has not responded to this court's invitation to submit additional briefing.

Following independent review of the record we find that no reasonably arguable factual or legal issues exist.

The judgment is affirmed.
