It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on March 10, 2006, be modified by inserting the following after the paragraph on page 9:
Review of the Sealed Records
Before trial, the defense sought permission to review the personnel file of the police officer who arrested defendant alleging it contained information relevant to the officer's credibility in general, prior acts that involved planting evidence on an arrestee, making false arrests, and failing to honor an arrestee's invocation of his or her constitutional rights. The trial court conducted a hearing in chambers where it questioned the custodian of records and reviewed the officer's personnel file. â€
