Toribio Serrano Ruiz pleaded no contest to one count of possession for sale of methamphetamine (Health & Saf. Code, § 11378) in exchange for the dismissal of one count of child abuse (Pen. Code, § 273a, subd. (a)). The trial court sent him to prison and he timely appealed. We shall affirm.
