IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

SECOND APPELLATE DISTRICT

DIVISION SIX

THE PEOPLE,

Plaintiff and Respondent,

v.

PAVEL SANDRAK,

Defendant and Appellant.

2d Crim. No. B187618

(Super. Ct. No. F376556)

(San Luis Obispo County)

Paval Sandrak appeals an order determining him to be a mentally disordered offender pursuant to Penal Code section 2962 et seq., and committing him to the Department of Mental Health for treatment.

We appointed counsel to represent Sandrak in this appeal. After counsel's examination of the record, he filed an opening brief raising no issues.

On April 10, 2006, we advised Sandrak that he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues that he wished to raise on appeal. We have not received a response.

We have reviewed the entire record and are satisfied that Sandrak's attorney has fully complied with his responsibilities and that no arguable issues exist. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)

The order is affirmed.

NOT TO BE PUBLISHED.

GILBERT, P.J.

We concur:

PERREN, J.
