IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

FOURTH APPELLATE DISTRICT

DIVISION TWO

THE PEOPLE,

Plaintiff and Respondent,

v.

MONICA NOEMI SAUCEDO,

Defendant and Appellant.

E037899

(Super.Ct.No. FVA022693)

OPINION

APPEAL from the Superior Court of San Bernardino County. Michael R. Libutti, Judge. Affirmed.

Cynthia M. Sorman, under appointment by the Court of Appeal, for Defendant and Appellant.

No appearance for Plaintiff and Respondent.

Defendant appeals from a final judgment following a guilty plea. On January 12, 2005, defendant, represented by counsel, entered a guilty plea to one count of second degree burglary as a felony in violation of Penal Code section 459.[1] In return for her plea, defendant received a 16-month sentence in state prison, to run concurrent to the term imposed for an admitted violation of probation in case number FVA018793. All other counts of the felony complaint were dismissed; defendant received the appropriate credits for time served and was ordered to pay restitution pursuant to sections 1202.4 and 1202.45.

Defendant appealed, and upon her request this court appointed counsel to represent her. Counsel has filed a brief under the authority of People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436 and Anders v. California (1967) 386 U.S. 738 [87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493] setting forth a statement of the case, a summary of the facts, and potential arguable issues and requesting this court to undertake a review of the entire record.

We offered the defendant an opportunity to file a personal supplemental brief, which she has not done.

We have now concluded our independent review of the record and find no arguable issues.

The judgment is affirmed.
