THE COURT:*
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on September 26, 2007 be modified as follows:
1. On page 3, lines 9 and 10, delete the phrase he acted as the lookout during the robbery, and that his accomplice and replace it with:
another man
2. On page 3, line 14, after the sentence ending with the attempted robbery, insert the following sentence:
At the hearing on the motion, appellant admitted that he was present during the attempted robbery, but denied being the shooter.
There is no change in the judgment.
