IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
SIXTH APPELLATE DISTRICT
THE PEOPLE,
Plaintiff and Respondent, H029173
(Santa Clara County
v. Super. Ct. No. 195533)
FRANCISCO JOSE VALADAO,
Defendant and Appellant.
_________________________________/
Francisco Jose Valadao appeals after a jury trial where he was found to be a sexually violent predator (Welf. & Inst. Code, § 6600 et seq.) and the court extended his civil commitment to the Department of Health as a sexually violent predator for an additional two years. We appointed counsel to represent appellant. Counsel has filed an opening brief which states the case and the facts, but raises no specific issues. We have notified appellant of his right to submit written argument. Appellant has not submitted written argument.
Pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, we have reviewed the entire record and have concluded that there is no arguable issue on appeal.
The judgment is affirmed.
