It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on June 22, 2006, and the modification filed June 30, 2006, be modified as follows:
1. Original filed opinion on page 10, the reference to Penal Code section 667.5, subdivision (b) is changed to Penal Code section 667, subdivision (a)(1) and will be reflected in the text as follows: (§ 667, subd. (a)(1).) This modification does not effect a change in the judgment. The opinion remains unchanged other than this code section modification.
