IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

SECOND APPELLATE DISTRICT

DIVISION SIX

THE PEOPLE,

Plaintiff and Respondent,

v.

JOSE LUCIANO VIZCARRA,

Defendant and Appellant.

2d Crim. No. B187932

(Super. Ct. No. KA060953-02)

(Los Angeles County)

Jose Luciano Vizcarra was placed on felony probation after pleading no contest to a single count of carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle in violation of Penal Code section 12025, subdivision (a)(1). He appeals from an order revoking his probation and sentencing him to prison for the 16-month lower term following his admission of a probation violation.

We appointed counsel to represent Vizcarra in this appeal. After reviewing the record, counsel filed an opening brief raising no issues and requesting this court to independently review the record pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436. We advised Vizcarra that he had 30 days in which to submit a written brief or letter stating any contentions or arguments he wished us to consider. No letter or brief has been filed.

We have examined the record and are satisfied that Vizcarra's appointed appellate counsel has fully complied with her responsibilities and that no arguable issues exist. (People v. Wende, supra, 25 Cal.3d at p. 441.)

The judgment is affirmed.

NOT TO BE PUBLISHED.
