IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

SECOND APPELLATE DISTRICT

DIVISION SIX

THE PEOPLE,

Plaintiff and Respondent,

v.

TYRANT OTEE WALKER,

Defendant and Appellant.

2d Crim. No. B186448

(Super. Ct. No. NA065782

(Los Angeles County)

Tyrant Otee Walker appeals a judgment entered following conviction by jury of two counts of sale of marijuana. (Health & Saf. Code, § 11360, subd. (a).) The trial court found that Walker suffered a prior felony strike conviction and that he served three prior prison terms. (Pen. Code, §§ 667, subds. (b)-(i), 1170.12, subds. (a)-(d), & 667.5, subd. (b).) The trial court struck the prior prison term allegations and sentenced Walker to a prison term of six years.

We appointed counsel to represent Walker in this appeal. After counsel's examination of the record, she filed an opening brief raising no issues.

On May 15, 2006, we advised Walker that he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues that he wished to raise on appeal. In response, we have received a petition for writ of habeas corpus which we consider concurrently.

We have reviewed the entire record and are satisfied that Walker's attorney has fully complied with her responsibilities and that no arguable issue exists. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)

The judgment is affirmed.

NOT TO BE PUBLISHED.
