I. INTRODUCTION
Defendant, Angela Fawn Wallace, appeals after she was resentenced in two cases following a partial reversal on appeal. Both cases were remanded for resentencing. At the April 15, 2005 resentencing which is the subject of this appeal, she was resentenced to state prison for 8 years and awarded 828 days of credit for time actually served in custody plus 414 days of conduct credits. We modify the judgment to reduce the eight year aggregate term to seven years, eight months in duration.
