Defendant, Ronald Woods, appeals from his conviction for sale, transportation, or offer to sell cocaine base. (Health & Saf. Code, § 11352, subd. (a).) We review the evidence in a light most favorable to the judgment. (Jackson v. Virginia (1979) 443 U.S. 307, 319; People v. Osband (1996) 13 Cal.4th 622, 690; Taylor v. Stainer (9th Cir. 1994) 31 F.3d 907, 908-909.) The evidence showed that defendant sold cocaine base to an undercover police officer. Defendant's sole argument on appeal is that the trial court improperly ordered him to pay $1,054.84 in attorney's fees pursuant to Penal Code section 987.8.[1]
