Defendant Douglas Allen Yost appeals from imposition of sentence after the trial court revoked his probation. Yost's attorney filed a brief pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, requesting our independent review of the record. We requested further briefing on certain issues, which the parties supplied. We affirm the judgment but direct the trial court to amend the abstract of judgment.
Background
A criminal complaint was filed on June 21, 2004, charging Yost with stalking. (Pen. Code, § 646.9, subd. (a).) An information charging the same crime was filed on July 12, 2004. Yost pled guilty and the court suspended imposition of sentence and placed Yost on four years' supervised probation. One condition of probation was that Yost â€
