Appellants R.N.R. Oils, Inc.[1] (RNR) and Usha Anand (Anand) appeal from an order and judgment entered after the trial court granted the motion for summary adjudication (against R.N.R.) and summary judgment (against Anand) of respondents BP West Coast Products LLC (BP West Coast) and Atlantic Richfield Company (Atlantic Richfield). We affirm.
