Elvira Rodriguez appeals from the summary judgment entered in favor of the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) on Rodriguez's claims for disability discrimination. We affirm.
BACKGROUND
LAUSD employed Rodriguez as a substitute typist at South Gate High School from October 2001 until June 2002. Beginning in November 2002, LAUSD employed her again, now as a full-time office assistant at Thomas Jefferson High School.
According to Rodriguez, on December 21, 2002, police officers came to her home and attempted to enter without a search warrant. She refused to allow them in, a scuffle ensued, and Rodriguez was jailed and charged with resisting arrest, battery with injury on emergency personnel, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Rodriguez pleaded â€
