IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

THIRD APPELLATE DISTRICT

(El Dorado)

----

CARLISE A. SOLOVIEFF-WILLIAMS,

Plaintiff and Appellant,

v.

ROBERT J. RICE et al.,

Defendants and Respondents.

C049406

Sup.Ct.No. PC20030302

Plaintiff sued defendants, claiming the house they sold her had substantial undisclosed defects, principally due to the shoddy remodeling defendants performed. After a two-day court trial involving a battle of expert and other witnesses, the trial court entered a defense judgment, finding there were no material defects, and in any event there was no evidence defendants knew of any defect and failed to disclose it.

Plaintiff appeals, contending no substantial evidence supports the judgment. This appeal borders on the frivolous because it is based on a presentation of the evidence in the light most favorable to plaintiff. We shall affirm.

STANDARD OF REVIEW

â€
