IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
SECOND APPELLATE DISTRICT
DIVISION FIVE
ANANT KUMAR TRIPATI, Plaintiff and Appellant, v. FAY FARON et al., Defendants and Respondents. | B185833 (Los Angeles County Super. Ct. No. BC33166) |
APPEAL from a judgment of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County.
Elizabeth Grimes, Judge. Affirmed.
Anant Kumar Tripati, in propria persona, for Plaintiff and Appellant.
No appearance for Defendants and Respondents.
_______________
Appellant Anant Kumar Tripati sued Fay Faron. He appeals from the trial court order dismissing his complaint. He contends that the complaint was dismissed for failure to serve within 60 days, and that the trial court erred in making that order because the complaint was in fact timely served.
Appellant has designated an appellant's appendix which includes neither the complaint nor the dismissal order, nor any other document which would allow us to analyze his claim. He has thus given us no reason to reverse the trial court. (Maria P. v. Riles (1987) 43 Cal.3d 1281, 1295; Bennett v. McCall (1993) 19 Cal.App.4th 122, 127; Cal. Rules of Court, rules 5.1, 14.)
Disposition
The judgment is affirmed.
