Appeal from the order declaring appellant a ward of the juvenile court pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 602. Appellant contends the court failed to make a section 241.1 determination as to whether appellant should be a ward of the court or a dependent of the court, failed to make proper findings regarding his educational needs, and failed to exercise its discretion in setting his maximum confinement time. Court affirm.
