Anthony Michael Vasquez was convicted of one count of first degree murder, two counts of attempted premeditated murder, and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon, with multiple firearm allegations, and a prior strike and prior serious felony allegations found true. He was sentenced to state prison for a term of 95 years to life. Vasquez appeals, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence and claiming trial counsel was ineffective. We affirm.
