In re the Marriage of MURAD ABDULWADUD and HIKMET ABBAS. | H028443 (Santa Clara County Super. Ct. No. FL117805) |
MURAD AHMED ABDULWADUD, Appellant, v. HIKMET BASHA ABBAS, Respondent. |
Appellant Murad Ahmed Abdulwadad brought this action for dissolution of his marriage to respondent Hikmet Basha Abbas, a resident of Virginia. He applied for a protective order, claiming that she was subjecting him to abuse by telephone. She replied seeking custody of their infant child. The trial court denied the protective order and made certain other rulings appellant attempts to contest on this appeal. We hold that only the denial of the protective order is properly before us, and that no reversible error appears in its entry. Accordingly, we will affirm that order and otherwise dismiss the appeal.
