It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on May 29, 2007, be modified as follows:
On page 2, at the end of the first full paragraph, the clause and the deputies were patrolling in a gang neighborhood is deleted and the following clause is inserted in its place: and the deputies were patrolling the area as part of their duties in the gang suppression unit.
There is no change in the judgment.
Appellants petition for rehearing is denied.
