Appellant Harold Walker was convicted by jury trial of corporal injury to a cohabitant (Pen. Code, § 273.5, subd. (a))[1] and seven other counts related to an attack he inflicted on his former girlfriend. The trial court sentenced him to three years and eight months in prison.
