After it denied his motion to suppress evidence pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 700.1, the juvenile court sustained a petition in which it was alleged that minor Bennie D. sold cocaine base (Health & Saf. Code, § 11352, subd. (a)). The court thereafter adjudged the minor a ward of the court, admitted him to probation upon specified conditions, and placed him in the custody of his mother under the supervision of the probation department. The minor filed a timely notice of appeal. His sole claim of error is that his suppression motion was erroneously denied. We conclude this contention is without merit, and therefore affirm.
