The opinion filed on April 9, 2007 in the above named case is hereby modified as follows:
1. On page 6 in the third line, the word, proudly, is deleted.
2. On page 38, immediately before the numbered heading, III, a paragraph should be inserted, reading: The defendants contend the cumulative effect of their alleged errors denied them a fair trial. However, as established above, no error occurred and thus, no cumulative effect needs to be addressed.
This modification does not effect a change in judgment. The petition for rehearing is DENIED.
