THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on April 17, 2007 be modified as follows:
On page 12, the Disposition is modified to include reversal of count 6. Delete the entire paragraph and replace it with:
The judgment is reversed with respect to the convictions on count 6 for false imprisonment and count 7 for kidnapping with intent to commit rape; and the matter is remanded for resentencing, including lifting the stay on the sentence as to count 4 for kidnapping. In all other respects, the judgment is affirmed.
This modification changes the judgment. Appellants petition for rehearing is denied.
