Michael Anthony Macias, Jr. appeals the judgment following his no contest plea to two counts of kidnapping for child molestation (Pen. Code, § 207, subd. (b)); two counts of lewd act upon a child (Pen. Code, § 288, subd. (a)); and one count of sexual battery (Pen. Code, § 243.4, subd. (e)(1)). He was sentenced to 23 years in state prison.

We appointed counsel to represent Macias in this appeal. After reviewing the record, counsel filed an opening brief raising no issues and requesting that this court independently examine the record pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436.

On December 13, 2005, we advised Macias that he had 30 days in which to submit a written brief or letter stating any contentions or arguments he wished us to consider. Macias did not respond.

We have reviewed the entire record and are satisfied that Macias's attorney has fully complied with her responsibilities and that no arguable issues exist. (People v. Wende, supra, 25 Cal.3d at p. 441.)

The judgment is affirmed.
