Plaintiff and Appellant Robert Simons appeals from the judgment of non-suit entered on his complaint against Defendant and Respondent County of Los Angeles for damages arising from negligence in the service of process. Because Simons failed to establish timely filing of his Government Code claim, we affirm the judgment.
