Kaj William Persson, also known as Kaj-Per William Persson, appeals from the judgment entered following his plea of no contest to residential burglary (Pen. Code, § 459). The trial court suspended imposition of sentence and placed appellant on three years formal probation on conditions, including that he spend 365 days in county jail. We appointed counsel to represent him on this appeal.
