Joel Webster Peterson appeals from the judgment entered upon revocation of his probation previously granted after his no contest plea to one count of possession of a controlled substance (Health & Saf. Code, § 11350, subd. (a)) and admission of three prior prison terms within the meaning of Penal Code section 667.5 subdivision (b).[1] The trial court initially sentenced appellant to the suspended term of four years in state prison, on specified terms and conditions, including the condition that appellant â€
