A jury found defendant Lisa Renee Brown guilty of assaulting her stepdaughter. (Pen. Code, § 240.[1]) The court suspended imposition of sentence and placed defendant on probation on the condition, among others, that she pay certain costs of probation. Defendant appeals, contending that the court erred in failing to give a unanimity instruction, and in requiring her to pay probation costs as a condition of probation.


We affirm.


Factual/Procedural Background


The victim, then three years old, suffered a skull fracture on October 30, 2000. She reported that defendant had kicked her.
