Introduction
This appeal arises from plaintiffs' efforts to obtain postjudgment interest on an attorney fee award made in connection with the settlement of the underlying litigation.[1] The trial court agreed with defendants[2] that payment of the attorney fees was made within the time contemplated in the settlement agreement that was the foundation for the fee award and that no interest on these timely paid fees was due.
