1. On page 13, the first sentence of the first full paragraph under the heading "(1) Water Quality," is deleted and the following sentence is inserted in its place:

During the public review period, CWN correctly observed that some of Castaic's wells are contaminated with perchlorate.

There is no change in judgment.
