Appellant Donal Vance Warsinger was convicted by jury of assault with a deadly weapon, a blunt object, a violation of Penal Code[1] section 245, subdivision (a)(1). The jury also found true the allegation that appellant personally inflicted great bodily injury during the commission of the offense (§ 12022.7, subd. (a)).
