IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

THIRD APPELLATE DISTRICT

(Sacramento)

----

COUNTY OF SACRAMENTO,

Plaintiff and Respondent,

v.

JENNIFER AMELIA MILLER,

Defendant and Appellant.

C049565

Sup.Ct. No. 99FS03034

Jennifer Amelia Miller appeals from an order that she reimburse the county for aid received by her children while they are in foster care. We shall affirm the judgment.

BACKGROUND

The extremely abbreviated record before us establishes only the following: Miller has two minor children. Sometime prior to 2003, the children were placed in foster care with their grandmother.

The April 5, 2005 order from which Miller appeals states that her children remain in foster care with their grandmother, and that they receive cash aid. Miller apparently sought in this proceeding to upset a prior order that she reimburse the county for aid received by her children, because the clerk's minute order relevant to this appeal then states: â€

Description A decision regarding reimbursment from the county for aid received by children while they are in foster care.
