Defendant John Patrick Fruits pled guilty to possession of ammunition by a felon (Pen. Code, § 12316, subd. (b)(1)) and was placed on probation for three years on condition he serve 301 days in jail and pay, among other things, a $600 restitution fine and administrative fee (Pen. Code, § 1202.4, subds. (b) & (l)) and a $630 probation fine (Pen. Code, § 12316, subd. (b)(3)), including a penalty assessment and court security fee in unspecified amounts (Pen. Code, § 1465.8).
