Petitioners William S. and Katherine C. appeal from the juvenile court's order terminating reunification services and setting a permanency planning hearing. We deny the petitions.[1]
Factual and Procedural Background
On July 23, 2005, when Geremiah S. was three months old, his mother Katherine C. left him unattended in a stroller outside a bar. A woman approached the stroller on the sidewalk around 1:00 a.m. and Geremiah started to cry. Another woman came over and picked up Geremiah.
