OPINION


            APPEAL from a judgment of the Superior Court of Tulare County.  William Silveira, Jr., Judge.

            Victor R. challenges the juvenile court's adjudication under Welfare and Institutions Code section 602, contending (1) the evidence was insufficient to support the Penal Code section 186.22[1] finding; (2) counsel rendered ineffective assistance; and (3) the juvenile court erred in setting a maximum theoretical period of confinement.  He also contends one probation condition is unconstitutionally overbroad and another constitutes an abuse of discretion.  We will affirm the judgment.


FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL SUMMARY
